Hello Mercantila folks. Your web site was informative. Your prices are great! You shipped it promptly and it arrived when I expected it. Even after The FedEx guys, who are usually pretty good, dropped the 100lb box, twice, as my wife was watching, nothing inside was damaged due to good packaging. Schwinn's assembly instructions were incredibly detailed and thorough. Including the assembly tools, a plus (they were mediocre, but they survived the job). We put several hours on it the first day and are very happy with it. It's quiet and smooth and comfortable.
